Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Golden, CO.
- Vendor shall provide exclusive tenant brokerage services on all existing lease transactions and shall be responsible for providing support in analysing, negotiating and closing on any future commercial lease transactions that may arise over the period of this engagement.
- Includes but is not limited to the management of relevant information property portfolio of owned and leased facilities, as well as support services as required for future subleases of current leased facilities.
- Provide project services including but not limited to supervision of design and construction efforts, budgets and schedules for projects as specified in individual task order.
- provide space planning services that assist with identifying strategies for improving, modernizing and transforming current office, common and storage spaces for greater collaboration, productivity and utilization.
