[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional marketing and advertising services for development and implementation of an integrated brand marketing campaign, create a strategic umbrella that compels our audience to care and engage, employ paid media and strategic outreach, intrusive mass media and outreach efforts will drive people to education and information, develop content that can be delivered through multiple channels, digestible, relevant and timely content that will educate and build confidence, develop a brand campaign message and comprehensive creative assets to support it, advertising assets as determined by media strategy, email templates, event marketing materials, develop a media plan that supports strategy to engage, activate and educate our key audiences, buy and execute the media plan including placement, optimization and performance reporting, develop a project timeline with budget estimates and produce a campaign recap report that demonstrates progress toward those goals, drive strategy and creative development of marketing tactics to engage, educate and activate customers, stakeholders, source markets, partners and employees across multiple channels and platforms and develop and execute a paid media plan to fulfil on the tactics determined by the creative team/marketing agency.
(2) A tentative pre-proposal conference call will be held on March 21, 2019.
(3) An intent to propose due on March 26, 2019.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
