[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services for water supply project including resources and expertise in engineering geology, concrete dams, conventional concrete and roller compacted
concrete mix design and placement, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, structural engineering, instrumentation and controls and start-up, flood routing studies to establish spillway capacity and dam freeboard requirements, stability and dam failure analysis as well as emergency action planning, foundation and spillway design, intake/outlet works design and diversion structure/gating design, assist in communication and community engagement activities related to the project to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
