[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cell phone administration services to provide monthly cell phone rate plan optimization and visibility reports as to employee usage and to manage all moves, adds, and changes to cell phone and data plans to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- Monthly/Bi-Monthly Bill Optimization
• Optimize bills on a twice-monthly basis, on Denver Water’s Carrier account(s), resulting in on-going savings per month.
• Conduct compliance audits to Denver Water’s agreement with its Carrier, ensuring Denver Water is using every feature and discount available.
• Communicate with the Carrier to obtain credits for billing errors and process transparent plan changes, ensuring users of Denver Water-issued devices experience no interruptions or downtime, regardless of the work being done behind the scenes.
• Add or remove features at mass level, optimizing Denver Water’s accounts to ensure the best cost savings.
- Reporting
• This report will provide productivity, abuse analysis, and comparisons to previous months by providing graphs and data that span aggregate usage trends to individual calls, texts, and downloads
• A report summarizing optimization activities and savings provided to Denver Water
• This report should also summarize what compliance audits the Contractor performed during the month and what findings were made as a result of those audits.
(2) All questions had been due on February 15, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
