[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal counsel services for advise the board on municipal specific law, including, but not limited to: home rule, zoning, annexation, eminent domain, open records, open meetings, meeting procedure, intergovernmental cooperation, claims, tort claims, debt financing,
- Advise the board regarding organizational specific law, including, but not limited to employment law, real property law, billing and finance and public relations,
- Provide consultation related to litigation, arbitration or other legal and administrative proceedings and appearances to the government located in Englewood, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 28, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
