(1)Vendor needs to provide security camera system to the government authority located in Arvada, CO.
- Security camera design will include entrances to each building, and common areas and office.
- Cameras shall display clear images, record incidents, live monitoring, recorded playback, and remote access/management.
- The office camera will require recording audio and video.
- Require a scheduled site visit to the property to ensure concerns are met and discuss system design options.
- Depend on the proposer to take the lead using their knowledge and experience, ask questions, make suggestions, offer solutions and ensure that concerns are met.
(2)A contract term will be for one year.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 1,2019
