[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide annual eLearning development services to include edit to ensure consistency of tone, style, messaging, language and reading level, make recommendations for improvements to design and interactions based on adult learning principles and best practice in eLearning design and development and user experience, if appropriate, develop instructional graphics and icons, as necessary, develop interactions as described in the storyboard, which could include items such as games, interactive scenarios, interactive video components, reflections, quizzes, and so forth, record, insert, and sync all audio narration., perform simple graphics editing, as necessary, including vector and pixelbased images, perform simple video editing of existing video files to the government authority located in Waterbury, CO.
- Translating those fifteen hours of coursework into Spanish.
- Translate and convert the final courses into Latin American (Mexican) Spanish, including translating all on-screen text, translating and rerecording all narration into Spanish, resyncing the Spanish narration with on-screen text, graphics, and animations, creating a text-only Spanish version of the course, editing graphics, as necessary and allow for two rounds of revisions of the storyline 3/360 files.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
