[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide alarms management solution include a solution whereby the vendor sets up, customizes, and manages the entire program, solution whereby the vendor sets up, customizes, and shares management of the program with CSPD alarm administrator, a solution whereby the vendor sets up and customizes a program for the CSPD alarm administrator to manage for a flow diagram of the current process.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
