[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early learning development materials and web optimization services using WordPress content management system for update, enhance and create new materials in order to comply with brand guidelines, reflect changes to the content within the guidelines, and incorporate new content, enhancements to the website and the video series that include updating website content to reflect changes made to the guidelines, creative video and multimedia development, production and post-production aimed at diverse audiences, ability to develop videos that match the style and quality of the existing guidelines video series, expertise to suggest improvements to the website to adopt best practices, ensure accessibility for visually impaired users, and improve the overall user experience, experience in graphic design to ensure print materials are consumer friendly, engaging and informative for diverse audiences that include parents, friend, family and neighbour caregivers, early childhood professionals, and others who work with or care for young children and their families, ability to produce messages, materials and tools in multiple languages.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
