[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional licensing and regulation platform to facilitate all aspects of state professional regulation within an enterprise environment.
- Provide enhanced features while maintaining quality delivery and furthers strategic goal of offering as many licensing management services online as possible without compromising the quality of data or public access
● The licensing, permitting, registration or certification of any individual, organization, facility, equipment, product or service.
● Associated regulatory enforcement activities, including file management, case processing and disposition, inspection and investigation management and compliance monitoring.
● Associated tasks and processes, including contact information, ownership and management relationships, document management, exam and experience history and continuing education.
● Cash management, electronic credit card and checks in addition to currency in the form of cash, checks and money orders for payment of application fees, fines, permits, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be ten years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
