[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial-off-the-shelf laboratory and operations data information management system for access have led staff to desire a new, more robust, system for laboratory data management, application to consolidate information for the purposes of regulatory reporting and data analysis, to interface between the laboratories and the two treatment plants, ability for multiple users to enter data concurrently, capable of storing large quantities of data, with adaptability and expandability to meet changing needs of the lab and utility, ensure that only authorized individuals enter, view and modify data, ability to query based on a number of entry options, ability to migrate last three years of data, ability to upload data directly from instrument/device, easy to enter data, ability to generate standard or customized reports and bench sheets, ability to trend individual or multiple analytes or locations and do basic statistical analysis, ability to do bulk sample entry or result entry within the same date and project, ability to store chemical inventory information, including receipt and expiry dates, manufacturers and lot numbers, able to be delivered to end users using locally deployed client server, able to represent any paper data forms, quickly and easily available for any variable, allow matching of influent and effluent variables, allow multiple separate databases and have look-up functions that transfer data from one database to another, network capable allowing multiple concurrent users and allowing automatic generation of reports and graphs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
