(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational structure assessment professional consulting services with an aim toward improving sharing of information, clarifying decision making and coordination of how works gets done This work is intended to improve the organization s efficiency, effectiveness and ability to deliver on its strategic objectives going into the future, Consultant conducts an initial assessment of the District using an established best practice assessment framework, Consultant prepares supplemental information requests and holds staff interviews as necessary to conduct the assessment, Consultant prepares supplemental information requests and holds additional staff interviews as necessary to conduct the workflow and process mapping assessment of areas, Develop a succinct and brief final deliverable that summarizes the approach and analysis and provides recommendations of change, etc.to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 21, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
