(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband marketing strategy development services for developing a marketing strategy to promote the broadband network, develop a marketing strategy that identifies specific strategies for implementation including traditional and electronic media in order to promote the broadband network capabilities, brand development and creation of value proposition statement, identification of target markets and industries, specific marketing strategies that promote business and entrepreneur recruitment, focused on broadband connectivity, create tagline and logo options, as well as recommendations for future advertising materials for print, broadcast and other media as directed, develop branding guidelines to ensure consistent usability of branding components.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
