[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition system.
- Inspection and review of existing configuration.
- Acquire and configure a new computer workstation with a virtual machine to run the SCADA system on. Supply a backup device to back up the virtual machine.
- Install and configure factory talk. Upgrade and restore to the latest communication software compatible with factory talk and end devices. The controls, alarms, graphics, and reports will be the same or equivalent to what was in the existing configuration.
- Install and configure VNC Viewer or similar software for remote access.
- Install and configure a reporting software compatible with factory talk to capture the necessary data to generate the MORs and daily Its.
- Install and configure an alarm notification application compatible with factory talk to
send out alarm events by texts and emails.
- Provide a virtual machine of final factory talk software configuration for rapid recovery
in the event of system failure.
- Configure the existing FortiGate security appliance with a separate network for WIFI access in the treatment plant.
- Provide and configure a tablet computing device and configure individual tank cellular modems for remote monitoring.
- Provide on-site personnel to install the system, ensure the SCADA works with all the end devices and to provide operator training in the use of the system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2018.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
