(1) Vendor needs to provide medical qualification determination services for positions the Department of Interior employs with specific medical standards and physical requirements pursuant
provision of a full range of medical qualification services including
- Comprehensive occupational medical exams
- Independent medical qualification determinations
- Fitness for duty assessments for a range of medical conditions
- Scheduling coordination and communications
- compliant electronic Medical Record management via a secure web-based application to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) The contract term will be for six years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
