[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide survey and mapping services for predesign topographic mapping needed in support of the engineering, design, and development of future construction improvement projects to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.
- Survey activities will generally consist of the following types of preliminary surveys: control traverses, topographic, planimetric, cadastral service (with approval from the bureau of land management); GPS control, subsurface utility research and mapping and aerial and ground control. - - The work may also consist of construction stakeout surveys, boundary surveys and the use of ground penetrating radar for information on utilities, materials and potential obstructions.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
