[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide language proficiency testing to employees on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.
- Response shall include various methods of testing and scoring models.
- Oral proficiency testing.
- Written proficiency testing.
- Listening proficiency testing.
- Reading proficiency testing.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 5, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
