[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide internet service to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO.
- 2Gbps connection with increasing options and appropriate pricing included.
- Diverse pathways with detailed maps up to 100 miles in diameter.
- Dedicated router, provided by the service provider.
- Break and Fix Warranty (Yearly cost).
- Software and Feature Updates (Yearly cost).
- Must include all rack mounting hardware, power cables, and UPS protection.
- Must be able to support real time traffic including QoS. Jitter and latency must support VoIP and streaming video.
- Customer access to performance portal (graphs and metrics showing utilization percentage).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
