[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide project director service to facilitate negotiations and act as a liaison between the university and the developer of a new housing and dining facility including manage the development and review of proposed construction and performance standards, manage the development and review of proposed operations and maintenance guidelines, facilitate and advise in the financial and legal negotiations of a predevelopment agreement, monitor developer’s compliance with pre-development and development agreements, monitor project schedule and budget and promptly report any possible deviations, identify and recommend opportunities to minimize costs in design and construction, etc. to employees to the government authority located in Colorado.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
