[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic compensation system as a tool to talent challenges.
- Ability to recruit, develop, promote and retain the highest-quality teachers and leaders
- Create and analyze various scenarios to understand the impact of scenarios on particular groups of teachers and overall operating costs and pension implications then create the details of the new compensation plan,
- Human capital strategy, the district has already adopted an evaluation system, which is often a critical component in developing a new compensation strategy,
- A revised teacher compensation system, much of it could be augmented to also assess the effectiveness of the current principal compensation program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
