Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services firm to assist in the investment of proceeds related to the bond issue.
- Select investments that comply with CRS 24-75-601 et seq. and policies.
- Provide discretionary management of the investment portfolio.
- Review and recommend changes to the investment policy.
- Assist in developing and implementing investment strategies that will enhance portfolio performance under current and anticipated changes in market conditions within the parameters of established investment policies and cash flow needs.
- Make presentations as needed.
- Provide timely assessments of the market including market reaction to economic events,
- Provide credit and risk management analysis of investment instruments to be used in the portfolio,
- Provide monthly statements on investment activity, earnings and the value of the investment portfolio to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
