[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a data backup, archive and recovery solution for interested in finding an innovative, cost-effective solution that satisfies the need to protect its virtual and physical environment,
- Backup and restore Virtual servers (VMware 6.0 and above),
- Backup and restore Physical Servers, Windows, Linux Servers, Apple Servers,
- Backup and restore locally attached storage,
- Single-pane application to manage/monitor operations,
- Ability to backup to public cloud with CJIS & PCI compliance,
- Natively backup and restore Microsoft SQL versions 2008R2 and newer,
- Including file-based recovery regardless of file size or age,
- Backup data must include end to end encryption,
- Robust and customizable reporting (operation, daily, capacity, and audit).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
