[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide copier and managed print services solution.
- The District is seeking to implement a comprehensive, consolidated print management system in order to create efficiencies, provide excellent support and maintenance services, and reduce costs per the following objectives.
- The District has a current leasing arrangement with Toshiba for fleet and production devices, as well as a managed print service arrangement for some of the HP printers, all of which expire in a few months.
- The resulting contract will include fleet MFDs and may include desktop printers/fax/devices located
throughout the schools and departments within the District. The District currently has many black and white, colour MFDs including laser, inkjet printers and dedicated desktop fax machines.
- It is the preference of the District to use a single vendor for the lease of fleet multifunction printing
devices across the District, including a single maintenance agreement for all District schools and
departments.
- Rerouting jobs to other devices.
- Provide details of support and maintenance provided around recent, past implementations of
similar or identical equipment and services, at similar-sized organizations, with similar volume
and machine count.
- Provide OCR interpretation of data contained on an image. Bidders must supply statistics which
describe the accuracy percentage (%) of OCR interpretation.
- Managing colour printing by different locations and departments.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
