[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management system.
- Grantee Portal include ability to save work and return to it later, ability to preview and print full application at any point before submission, smart forms: skip/branch logic, required fields, error notices, file attachment capability, ability to copy/paste from word documents into web forms, access to previously submitted applications, option to take a screening quiz to determine which fund applies or if they’re eligible.
- Track incoming applications, awarded grants in progress, and award history, capability to adapt to current grants management process and grow/expand as grant programs expand, automated emails, notifications, or visual cues that help streamline actions, ability to integrate grant and loan project or applicant data between other agency programs, data storage and retrieval - returning applicants should have some data retained so they don’t have to start from scratch each new application and ability to compile statistics by program or applicant.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
