[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum and media development services for online highway maintenance management program to provide project management, instructional design, and multimedia creation services.
- The main goal of the curriculum and course design is for learning outcomes to improve the long-term employment prospects of students and the quality of their skills to satisfy the demands of employers.
- The content of this introductory course must lead into and be consistent with content in other Highway Maintenance Management courses.
- Design constraints include: accessibility, time for delivery (short term, semester long, etc.), technology limitations, formatted for inclusion in learning management system and others.
- The process should be systematic and creative, resulting in student centered pedagogies, hands-on activities conducted in an online environment, state-of-the art content and use technologies relevant to the disciplines.
- Designed for post-secondary level instruction.
- The design should be balanced between benefits, costs, constraints and risks.
- Provide metrics for continuous correction and improvement.
- Performed in stages to include: conceptualization, development and refinement.
- Provide for measurement of student learning outcomes.
- Provide required instructional materials, as well as instructor guides, instructional materials may include but are not necessarily limited to readings, case studies and videos.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
