[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide peer health assistance program to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- To provide services to Recipients with program coverage twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
- The Successful Offeror shall be required to collaborate and work with the State to ensure a fully executed Contract is in place in a timely manner.
- The Successful Offeror shall be required to complete an evaluation that is sufficient to determine the extent of the Recipient physical, emotional, psychiatric, psychological, drug abuse, or alcohol abuse problems.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
