[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Corporate Solutions that provides a range of non-credit technical and soft skills training and related services customized to the workforce development needs of the business community.
- Corporate Solutions contracts with trainers who represent the college and have subject matter expertise, strong instructional skills, and significant experience with training, curriculum development, coaching, and hands-on implementations. The nature of Corporate Solutions work is project based and not regular full-time employment.
- Maintain integrity in relationship roles and communication with college staff and business client
- Ensure professionalism and quality in providing clear and accurate data for project progress reports, benchmarking, and other documentation and tracking as needed
- Provide input to college staff on the design, development, and implementation of services
- Participate in and support sales calls as needed
- Participate in meetings as needed with college staff and with business client(s) to discuss client service strategies
- Coordinate details of trainings, calculate budgets, visit and reserve venues, secure trainers
- Oversee contracts
- Manage training timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated significant individual experience providing project management and hands-on consulting
- Proven communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Experience with Higher education and workforce development projects
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
