[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide assessment, data analysis and reporting platform application should provide analysis features for constructing high quality formative and summative assessments aligned to grade level standards as well as user-friendly features for analyzing educational data, the district will use the application to develop, administer and analyze district-level interim assessments, develop, administer and classroom-based formative assessments, develop, analyze and share data dashboards and reports, other features should include:
- Dashboards and reports customized for district, community, school, course, teacher, and individual student levels.
- Data analysis capable of showing trends across time in reports.
- Capable of integrating data from multiple data sets and formats including relational databases and spreadsheet information.
- Integration of special populations and student activities into appropriate analysis.
- Filtering and sorting capabilities that are fast, intuitive and that minimize clicking and searching.
- Flexible and customizable permissions management.
- Provide high quality and engaging visualizations that render quickly on a wide variety of devices including mobile, IOS and Windows-based operating systems running the most recent software versions (Access to dashboards and reports should be device, operating system and browser agnostic)
- Ability to load, query and display at least four years of historic data.
- Advanced user-defined grouping and filtering or user defined grouping with full Boolean logic.
- Data definitions and SQL access.
- Ability for single sign-on.
- Separate environment for testing including data load testing.
- Automatic upload and download capability with result, error reports.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
