(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual service for committed to a collaborative and transparent installation process, while still maintaining the project defined milestone dates and managing the entire process to the established budget to the government authority located in Steamboat Springs, CO.
- Prepare verification program question.
- Conduct verification program meeting
- Verify Audio Visual Services Scope Report
- Prepare preliminary opinion of probably costs for the audio-visual service
- Refine equipment layout to address sightlines, equipment locations and general orientations
- Provide additional input to the design team concerning Audio Visual Service related infrastructure
- Power and grounding requirements
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 15, 2018.
