[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit services operation and management services assisting in evaluation and planning efforts involving problem-solving and new systems design, monitoring the on-time performance of the contractors personnel, and investigating service complaints, budgetary or planning purposes and to assist city in the preparation of any annual reports of operations, responsible for management and operation of metro mobility, coordinate, manage, and control all necessary program activities, which shall include: providing drivers and all project personnel, training personnel as necessary, developing administrative procedures, keeping financial records, and developing methods to improve effectiveness and maximize service efficiency, etc. to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 7, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
