[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide develop strategic plan services to expertise and guidance in four key areas including strategic planning, community engagement, utilization of governance as leadership and school building and department leadership capacity.
- To develop a comprehensive dynamic plan that include parent and community partnership, system accountability for meeting the academic need of all students and human resources, business operations to support teaching and learning
- To develop a summary of the present state of and to customize process that aligns with specific needs one which builds on existing strengths and draws from best practices including development of tools for collecting and working with data that will inform the strategic planning process and work.
- Engage board of education members as an integral part of the process providing input, support and commitment.
- Analyze and synthesize major themes and critical issues identified through listening session and public input.
- strategic plan is substantially complete the consultant will assist in shaping a cohesive organizational cultural of committed to the new strategic plan. The consultant will work directly with teams to become cohesive in order to achieve desired result. Activities to become cohesive could include trust development, conflict resolution, decision commitment and accountability.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 31 ,2018.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
