[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account administration services including claims payment, customer service, notifications, and reports.
- Employee benefits unit is to eliminate the need for their involvement in day-to-day benefit administration and transactions, allowing them to be strategic in analysing and designing benefit programs and vendor management
- Benefit administration vendor to import, manage, control, and export benefit enrollment information to the insurance vendors.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 1,2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
