Government Authority located in Aurora, Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for land acquisition professional services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide land acquisition professional services including acquisition of real property, public improvement easements, construction easements, licensing of encroachments within city owned ground or right-of-way, right-of-way acquisition, relocation services, title services including organizing closing, acquiring environmental assessments as needed, and any other real estate needs outside the city limits
- surveyors, appraisers, environmental agencies, and design engineers may be required as the property rights required and their respective sizes may change during the design and acquisition process
- Proposals will be evaluated on the range of real estate services offered, and Consultants proposal must list the real estate services they are capable of providing as well as a project approach for contacting and working with property owners
- The services provided shall be high quality, cost effective, timely, well managed, and performed in strict compliance with Federal real estate acquisition standards
- The Consultants work shall be directly performed by the key personnel identified in the technical proposal presented by the Consultant
- Consultant may be responsible for acquiring an appraisal for each property if an Estimated Fair Market Value is not sufficient
- Consultant may be responsible for acquiring all needed title reports and reviewing any potential title issues as well as performing curative title work to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 1, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 5, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Budget :
