[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychology building renovation and addition services for a renovation of 47,398 of existing Psychology Building and a new 2 story, 7300 addition. each floor of the addition will be 3,650 Sf, Gold Goal which is coordinated with the current master plan concept for the campus, design and construction assistance for the relocation of existing tenants to temporary spaces, permanent spaces and back fill of vacated spaces to the government authority located in Spring Pueblo, CO.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on October 26, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.
