[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide copiers and managed print services for identification of customer needs, including cost savings, implementation strategies and communication, end-user training approach, organizational efficiency and emerging technologies and reporting capabilities and business reviews to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 12, 2018.
