[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide gambling addiction programs strategic plan services to develop a plan for a successful gambling addiction program in state, make recommendations for strategies to respond to changes in the gambling addiction program in state and identify opportunities to improve the gambling addiction program in state.
- Research and Study of state Gambling Addictions to provide an overview of the gambling addiction problem in state, provide a documented analysis of state existing financial resources and infrastructure, to include any gaps, and to help address gambling addictions in the state, provide an outline of best practices from other states for successful gambling addiction programs and provide a review of the need for increased addiction counselors in state.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
