[A] Budget: Up to $230,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services a master plan of the plains conservation center to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.
- The master plan will be to guide the development, management and marketing of natural grassland ecosystem, eclectic collection of modern and historic replica buildings, and a tradition of educational programming.
- A team of consultants, including skilled landscape architects, historians, economists, and biologists with the knowledge and capacity to plan for a sustainable relationship between our desire for increased visitation and strong natural resource management.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 2, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 5, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
