[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management system to work on function including inventory, transaction, customer, marketing analysis.
- proposed system will either be a software as a service model or on-premise making use of the city Microsoft-based datacentre.
- proposed system must be supportable on all common mobile and web architectures and also integrate with current marketing and membership tracking and advertising
- proposed system should have a proven successful history of operating in a similar environment
- performance of the proposed system must be fast enough to support a great customer service experience
- A description of each software product and its modules
- A listing and description of application common services
- Brief technical information relating to the proposed solution including software language environment, DBMS, operating system, user interface style, and other fundamental technical details
- software is implemented including the total number of installed customers, number of customers managing multiple course with a single back office for the proposed software, the total number of installed sites on the proposed release.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 2, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
