[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide housing information management customer portal system including
- solution is hosted in the cloud
- Ability to access solution 24/7
- Ability to access solution via a responsive web or mobile site
- Ability to access solution via single sign-on
- Ability to store data across multiple related objects
- Ability to report on data across views, reports and dashboards
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally with email and document tools
- Ability to provide a sub-set of functionalities to customers via a portal community or integrated web site
- Ability to connect integrate with outside systems
- Ability to maintain access and data integrity and security
- Data migration from all data sources, including spreadsheets and access database.
- Ability to send alerts to key staff upon activation of certain triggers, such as the submission of an application or the completion of a task, and otherwise readily provide key information at a glance for effective work management
- Ability to incorporate internal approval groups into application or case management workflows.
- Ability to use a mobile device to interact with the system. ability for such app to record information in either a connected state, or to operate in a disconnected state and then synch with the main application when the device is later connected to the internet.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
