[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide subscription management services and become the primary source for managing our periodical services to include magazines, newspapers, journals and other related services, vendor must have the ability to provide newspapers including national and local titles to the government authority located in Colorado.
(2) All question had been submitted in written no later than September 18, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
