[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Applicant Tracking System to manage processes related to the pre-hire phase of employment, including posting job opportunities both internally and to the public, providing a portal for individuals to upload a resume and apply for a position, and tracking applicants through the hiring process.
• Standard API or web-service functionality
• Data import/export functionality
• Single sign-on and/or two-factor authentication for administrators and other system users
• Processes and standards for records retention
• Mechanisms to ensure compliance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
