[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide data analysis and forecasting system to build a web-based application that will compile contractor payment data from its previous billing system (CAC) and its current system to better forecast caseload and expenditure data for annual budget submissions including.
- System will be able to analyse current caseload data, which include various contractors involved on each case, hourly rates, hours worked, travel time, and various caseload related reimbursable expenditures.
- The new system will also be able to pull in outside economic and population data that could assist in this analysis, such as population growth, unemployment rates, inflationary rates, local crime rates, national crime statistics, etc.
- To have a web based Artificial Intelligence Data Analysis and Forecasting System that will assist the agency in predicting caseload and case related expenditures using historical OADC billing data and outside economic factors.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
