[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance services for the state-paid employee basic life and accidental death and dismemberment plan and optional employee, spouse and child plan to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- Administration system will provide consistent administration of all required elements of life and accidental death and dismemberment administration.
- An understanding of the tasks to be performed, potential problems and methods to identify and solve problems.
- Quality eligibility system functionality, underwriting system functionality, claim payment system functionality, data tracking information, data transfer capabilities, IT environment, and claim monitoring functions for participants.
- Staffing pattern, experience, and efforts to match expertise with specific tasks, management capability component and customer service component.
- Services include technical component, cost proposal component, management capability component and customer service component.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
