[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for analysis of FirstNet, built with AT&T, network to expand broadband coverage and capacity to the government authority located in Colorado.
- Should propose a fixed price or time and materials cost to aggregate, analyze, and report on the raw data, accessed via a secure cloud-based service radio frequency network testing and optimization software application and portal.
- Technical support for the retrieval of the data and GIS analysis for the entire 15 month period.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
