[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide program and project lifecycle management platform for support program and project management and execution across a multi-discipline, multi-organization and dispersed team, manage the preconstruction project which includes design, right of way, utilities, environment, construction contract procurement, allow for better planning, execution and tracking of construction projects, support clear and consistent workflow around processes and approvals, allow external contractors to access the platform, ability to group and aggregate projects, identify program needs, prioritize projects and distribute funds at various levels, allow for the creation of reliable forecasts utilizing data from across the program and project lifecycle, create a centralized and standardized way to enable efficient and effective process workflow and support data and process continuity across the program and project lifecycle.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 19, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
