Government Authority located in Grand Junction, Colorado; USA based organization looking for cameras and network video recorder systems.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide new networked based IP cameras and network video recorder system, to include hardware and installation of the primary monitoring station,
- All camera enclosures must be IP66-rated for weather, shock, impact and vandal resistance.
- All camera locations and final views will be facility determined.
- Two locations (pass office and lobby) shall have voice recordings
- Contractor must remove and dispose all existing equipment and cameras at county’s discretion.
- Repair or replace any surface (ceiling tile, drywall, block wall, etc.) where existing equipment was removed. (cameras, mounts, enclosures, conduit etc.)
- All penetrations must be sleeved and fire caulk.
- Contractors will be onsite to receive and verify shipped equipment
- All data cabling must be tested and certified to the government authority located in Grand Junction, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 20, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.
