(1) Vendor needs to provide summer reading software that manage number of prizes given to manage supply at locations and report to sponsors, system can support prize drawings, ability to print out confirmation or completion certificate when a user finishes the program, system offers email capability with segmentation and reporting capabilities or can integrate with email marketing clients, staff can edit user accounts, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
