[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile crisis, walk-in crisis, crisis stabilization, and crisis respite services for a comprehensive behavioural health care system, policy development, service provision and coordination, program monitoring and evaluation, and administrative oversight of the public behavioural health system, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated, easily accessible, culturally informed, and integrated services are available for people experiencing a behavioural health crisis to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO.
- crisis line is a 24/7/365, year-round, toll-free hotline, which also offers text and chat services, as well as a support line or “warm line” for Individuals experiencing a self-defined behavioural health crisis. Services include screening and triage, psycho-social support, connection to resources, and follow-up support. The Hotline is able to engage emergency services if needed and initiate a Mobile Crisis response
- Mobile Crisis Services available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year to include face-to-face behavioural health screening and assessment, physical health screening, triage, crisis stabilization/intervention, support, resource linkage, case management, disposition, and either face-to-face or telephonic follow-up post discharge. Services are provided within one hour in urban areas, and within two hours in rural and frontier areas for Individuals
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
