[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Laserfiche file migration services to migrate electronically stored
information (ESI) to Laserfiche Rio 1 0.x to satisfy RTD's records management requirements. The records of many multi-million-dollar projects are scattered across RTD's shared drives, removable hard drives/jump drives, shadow systems, SaaS applications, COTS and other repositories and also retain access to all of these files efficiently, thoroughly, and in compliance with Federal and State regulations,
we require the services of a Laserfiche value-added reseller with extensive expertise and success in migrating files from the numerous locations into Laserfiche to the government authority located Denver, CO.
(2) A briefing will be held on September 13, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 21, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
