[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide to retain a consultant or consultant team to overhaul the current comprehensive plan and formulate a new comprehensive plan including a community engagement and a public input component, a community assessment, a community survey, an analysis of key elements through a sustainability lens and a review of existing goal elements as appropriate, a housing study, a fiscal analysis, a land use map update and implementation recommendations to the government authority located in Lafayette, CO.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on September 10, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
